Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cash, checks, ATM cards/check cards, credit cards (Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express), WIC, Saylor's gift cards,
    Snap Program (EFS/ EBT).

Q. Do I need a bonus card to receive your savings? 

A. No, that's the convenient thing about Saylor's Market, You are able to receive our great prices without the hassle of a card!

Q. Do you offer discounts for Senior Citizens?

A. Every Tuesday is Senior Citizen day. We offer 5% off your grocery bill excluding milk and tobacco products. You must be 60 and older to receive a discount. We may ask you to present ID.

Q. What is your reusable bag program?

A. We will take $0.02 off your bill for each reusable bag you use. We also sell our own reusable bags which are located in the front of the store for your convenience. 

Q. What is your policy for redeeming manufacture coupons?

A. We accept all types of manufacture coupons, except ones that are excluded by state regulations. The exact item stated on the coupon must be purchased in order to redeem coupon. Only one (1) manufacture coupon may be used on each individual item purchased. Any coupon for " free" products will be honored for the value of the item only. "Free" coupons can not be doubled. We do not except expired coupons or coupons from competitors. On manufactured coupons, sales tax will be applied to the total before the coupon is redeemed. The customer is responsible for the sales tax, where required by law. The value of the coupon may not exceed the price of the item. We do not accept internet coupons at this time.

Q. What is your double coupon policy?

A. You must have a minimum purchase of $10.00. Tobacco coupons may not be doubled. We will double coupons up to $1.00. Trial or "free" coupons will NOT be doubled. For multiple purchases of the same flavor we will only double one (1) of the coupons.

Q. How can I purchase Saylor's gift cards?

A. You can pick up a Saylor's electronic gift card at any of our registers. We also carry paper gift cards which are located at our customer service desk. Any amount can be applied to our gift cards. 

Q. How do I go about requesting a donation for my non-profit organization?

A. Saylor's Market frequently provides assistance for non-profit, charitable organizations located within the Big Spring School District. Donations will be given in the form of Saylor's giftcards to be used for your organizations needs. To be considered for a donation we ask that you send a letter to :
